Packages will not be considered lost until 60 days have passed since the day the package was shipped. For packages to arrive to other International locations can take much longer, but generally should not take much more than a month. Packages typically arrive in Canada within one or three weeks. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand the shipping and clearance policies of your own governments customs agencies. USPS always tries to streamline the process for you, but it can still be frustrating when fees are added or packages are held at the border. International customs clearance can be a complicated and bureaucratic process. Import taxes of one kind or another may be due to your government and or its postal service at the time your package is delivered. Orders being shipped to Canada and other countries are sent by US Postal Service International First Class Mail. All items being shipped to destinations within the USA are sent by the US Postal Service using US Priority Mail. If there is going to be a longer delay for some reason, we will contact you directly to let you know why and how long of a delay.Īt this time we ship within the USA and Canada as well as internationally.
